Frequently Asked Questions
Is camping available onsite?
Yes. HebrewFest offers onsite camping for attendees.
Camping options may include tent camping and RV dry camping. Hookups are not guaranteed unless specifically noted during ticket selection and are available on a limited basis.
Will food be available?
Food options vary by year and may include food vendors, community meals, or personal cooking at campsites.
Attendees are encouraged to plan ahead and bring food as needed, especially for families with dietary restrictions. Additional details are shared closer to the event. Plenty of grocery shopping is available nearby.
Can I stay offsite instead of camping?
Yes. Some attendees choose to stay in nearby hotels or short-term rentals and commute daily. Local lodging options are available within driving distance.
How is Shabbat observed at HebrewFest?
From sundown Friday to sundown Saturday, our community observes the weekly sabbath. Buying, selling, and paid labor pause. The marketplace closes, and meals are provided free of charge by the ministry. Worship, music, and praise continue throughout Shabbat in a spirit of peace and rest.
We recognize that attendees may observe Shabbat at different times or with varying levels of strictness. As the hosts, we ask that our observance and the atmosphere of Shabbat be respected while on the property. Exact Shabbat times for each year are posted closer to the event.
Is HebrewFest family-friendly?
HebrewFest is designed with families and children in mind. You’ll see kids running, laughing, worshiping, and making memories alongside their parents.
We typically have:
• Bounce houses and play areas
• Open space for kids to explore
• A safe, welcoming atmosphere for families
Children remain the responsibility of their parents or guardians, but this is not a quiet, boring environment. HebrewFest is meant to be joyful, lively, and memorable for all ages.
Is the event accessible?
HebrewFest takes place on natural land, which means uneven terrain, grass, gravel, and dirt paths in some areas.
That said, accommodations can often be made. Indoor restroom facilities are available if needed, and our team is happy to help with reasonable access concerns whenever possible.
If you or someone in your group has specific mobility or accessibility needs, we encourage you to contact us ahead of time so we can help you plan your visit.

HebrewFest is an outdoor gathering. Attendees should come prepared.
Common items to bring include:
• Camping gear and bedding

• Comfortable shoes
• Refillable water bottles

A more detailed packing list may be shared closer to the event.
