HebrewFest Artist Application

This application serves as a pre-screening tool for artists interested in participating in HebrewFest. All artists are held to the same standards of conduct, core beliefs, and community expectations as regular guests, with additional responsibilities as on-stage leaders. Submission of this form does not guarantee acceptance or booking. Accepted artists will be required to sign the official Artist Performance Agreement.

Content & Message Review

– Profanity – Sexualized language or imagery – Occult symbolism – Divisive or doctrinally argumentative messaging
Are you willing to curate or adjust content specifically for HebrewFest if requested?*

Conduct & Standards

Artists at HebrewFest are considered leaders and role models on and off the stage.
Do you agree to:*
– Live peaceably and avoid gossip, strife, or public disputes – Refrain from promoting divisive doctrines from the stage – Follow modesty standards for yourself and those with you – Respect family-friendly boundaries throughout the event

Participation Details

Do you understand that performance time, scheduling, and technical needs are determined by event leadership and may be adjusted as needed?*
Do you understand that participation does not automatically include compensation unless agreed to in writing through the Artist Performance Agreement?*

If accepted, I agree to review and sign the official HebrewFest Artist Performance Agreement and comply fully with the Artist Guidelines.*
