For Campers:

  • You’ll be assigned to a “Tribe of Israel” to help organize the campsite.
  • Campsites will be sectioned by tribe so you can camp near others in your group. (see map)
  • If you want to camp near specific friends or family, let us know at check-in and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.

RVs & Campers

Most RV and camper guests will be boondocking (dry camping) this year, as we have only a limited number of hookups available. If you plan to run a generator, we kindly ask that you bring a quiet (inverter-style) generator if possible, to help keep the camp peaceful for everyone.

Tents

For tent campers, electricity will be very limited. Priority will be given to the elderly and those with special needs.

We look forward to welcoming you and making your check-in experience smooth and joyful!

Shabbat (Sabbath)

We recognize that within the body of Messiah, there are many different understandings and methods of Sabbath keeping. HebrewFest is not a place for contention over these differences. However, to help maintain order and unity within the campground during this event, we ask that all attendees honor the following observance for Shabbat:

Shabbat begins at sundown on Friday, July 4, 2025, and ends at sundown on Saturday, July 5, 2025.

During this time:

  • No buying, selling, or trading will take place — please plan ahead and make any necessary purchases before Shabbat begins.
  • All vendor booths will be closed in honor of the day.
  • Shabbat day passes are free — all are welcome to come join in the fellowship and worship.
  • Dinner will be provided at no cost — praise YHWH!

We look forward to spending this special time in unity and reverence together.

Showers

  • Limited showers available for emergencies or those with special needs, due to sensitive system. See staff member for information.
  • Please keep showers to 5–10 minutes to conserve hot water.

Smoking

  • No smoking, vaping, or cannabis in the camp or event area—let’s set a good example for our children.
  • A designated and marked smoking area is behind the rock and metal buildings.

Speed Limit

  • 5 mph everywhere on site.

Trash & Cleanliness

  • Keep your camp area clean at all times.
  • Dumpster is near the back of the tent area.
  • If you see trash, kindly pick it up.

Water

  • Our well water is safe and tastes great!
  • Please bring your own water bottles to refill.

Hot Topics & Doctrines

We know there are many “hot topics” within the Torah and faith community, but HebrewFest is a time for music, praise, fellowship, and worship — not for debates or controversial teachings. This festival is dedicated to YHWH, and we ask everyone to come together in love and unity, refraining from arguments over calendars or doctrines that cause division. Many guests are at different points in their walk, and we do not want to place stumbling blocks before anyone. Let’s keep HebrewFest peaceful, respectful, and focused on keeping YHWH’s commandments and faith in Messiah.

Teaching or spreading any anti-Messiah or anti-Torah doctrine is strictly prohibited.

Handling Concerns & Conflicts

We ask that Matthew 18 be followed:

  • If you have an issue with someone, speak to them privately.
  • If the matter isn’t resolved, bring a tribe leader with you.
  • If it still remains unresolved, the tribe leaders may review the situation and decide if dismissal from the gathering is necessary.

This is a place of peace (shalom), not discord. Gossip, slander, and divisive speech will not be tolerated. A single warning will be given for such behavior, followed by dismissal if necessary — as nothing breaks fellowship faster than these things.

Thank you for helping make HebrewFest a place of unity, joy, and reverence!

Can I bring anything to help out?
