Frequently Asked Questions

Where will the event take place in 2025?
We’re thrilled to share that this year’s event will be held on our very own land in Macomb, Missouri—a blessing from the Most High!
My family really wants to attend, we just can’t afford it.
We’re committed to making HebrewFest a place where everyone can attend, no matter their financial situation. If your family is in need, we are happy to waive the ticket fees—no questions asked. We simply ask that you register online.
If you’re able, even a small donation in place of a full ticket price helps us cover event costs and bless others. And for those who can afford it, we encourage purchasing tickets as usual to help support this gathering.
How does Shabbat work?
We recognize that within the body of Messiah, there are many different understandings and methods of Sabbath keeping. HebrewFest is not a place for contention over these differences. However, to help maintain order and unity within the campground during this event, we ask that all attendees honor the Shabbat with us from sundown on Friday, July 4, 2025, ending at sundown on Saturday, July 5, 2025.
During this time:
- No buying, selling, or trading will take place — please plan ahead and make any necessary purchases before Shabbat begins.
- All vendor booths will be closed in honor of the day.
- Shabbat day passes are free — all are welcome to come join in the fellowship and worship. Please register through Eventbrite and use promo code “SHABBATSHALOM“
- Dinner will be provided at no cost — praise YHWH!
Will camping be available this year?
Yes! We warmly welcome you to camp with us on-site. While most camping areas will be primitive, we will have drinking water and limited electricity available. Electricity will be prioritized for elderly guests, those with medical needs, and pregnant or nursing mothers. Porta-potties will be available throughout the grounds, and there will be limited access to indoor restroom facilities—though we kindly ask all guests to be gentle with the septic system. A large air-conditioned building will be open near the main event area for those needing to cool down during the day, and a private, air-conditioned nursing mother’s room will also be available. We’re working toward adding more RV hookups and electric sites in the future, but for now, plan on keeping things simple and a bit rugged! If you’re hoping for more modern comforts, we encourage you to check out nearby campgrounds or other local lodging options.
Will there be RV sites available?
At this time, we don’t have additional RV hookups available—but that may change as resources allow, so stay tuned! For now, we recommend checking out local campgrounds if you’d prefer full RV accommodations. We’re prayerfully planning to expand this part of the site in the years ahead and appreciate your understanding as we grow.
Are there any other campgrounds in the area?
While we can share a list of nearby RV campgrounds, we can’t guarantee their availability or policies on tent camping. If you’re planning to tent camp, we recommend joining us on-site and roughing it together! Click here for a list of places to call.
Will food be available for purchase?
Absolutely! Delicious meals and snacks will be available for purchase throughout the event. Plus, we’ll be sharing a free fellowship meal on Shabbat (Saturday). We’re committed to using locally sourced, organically raised meats whenever available and doing our best to keep all ingredients as organic and non-GMO as possible. You’ll also find a variety of local vendors offering fresh-baked goods and other handmade treats, including a breakfast booth and coffee shack.
Are dogs allowed at the event?
Yes, well-behaved, trained dogs are allowed as long as they are leashed or otherwise contained at all times. Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets.
Where do the proceeds from ticket sales go?
After covering essential costs like travel for our artists and wages for staff, any remaining proceeds go straight toward improving the land the Most High has provided. This is a grassroots effort, and we’re so thankful to be growing it together with you! With each gathering, we hope to add more amenities and continue building a space that serves the needs of the body for years to come. For more information on future goals, click here.
When will the full line-up be available?
The full line-up is available now!
